Hi, I’m Alzain.

A civil engineering student, diabetes advocate, and the creator of Living Blue.

I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at the age of five, and for almost sixteen years it has been part of my everyday life. Through Living Blue, I share my journey with diabetes, university, fitness, travel, and everything in between.

My goal is simple: to create a safe space where people feel understood, supported, and never alone.
